Terms and conditions

This agreement is between Host and Guest for the property in the confirmed reservation.

Term. Occupancy begins on the arrival date and ends on the departure date. The property is ready no earlier than check-in time and must be vacated by check-out time.

Rent. The reservation total, fees, and security deposit are due in full before check-in. Unpaid bookings are void and deposits are forfeited.

Occupancy. Maximum occupancy is the number listed on the pre-arrival form. Breach may result in expulsion with no refund. The booking guest must be 25 and occupy the home for the entire stay.

Care of premises. No smoking. Pets are not permitted in any of our condos. Guest pays for damage to property, furnishings, pool, or spa, including extra cleaning.

Non-disturbance. Guests may not disturb neighbors, use fireworks, or use the premises unlawfully.

Indemnity. Guest assumes risk of injury from recreational activities, including the community pool, and holds Host harmless from related claims.
