FAQ
How do I book?+
Choose your arrival and departure dates, then request the villa that fits. Booking direct gives you our best rates, no booking fees, a welcome gift on arrival, and a direct line to your hosts.
Are pets allowed?+
No. None of our condos allow pets. During the summer, pets are also not allowed on the beach per town policy.
Where does trash go?+
Use the trash chute in the common hallway. Do not take cans to the street. Use a liner and keep the lid tight.
Are linens provided?+
Yes. Beds are made on arrival. We provide 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, and 2 washcloths for each guest.
How does check-in work?+
Go straight to your villa on check-in day. We email your door code in advance. Check-in is after 4:00pm.
When is check-out?+
Check-out is by 10:00am. The property information binder has the full departure checklist.
Can I add mid-stay cleaning?+
No. We do not offer mid-stay cleanings. The condo is cleaned before you arrive; departure checklists are in the property binder.
Is there an age requirement?+
The guest who books and signs the rental agreement must be 25 and occupy the property for the entire stay.
How do pools and spas work?+
Private pools are cleaned once a week. Extra cleanings are available for a charge. Most pools can be heated (plus tax) and are activated 48 hours before arrival. Spa jets do not run unless heat has been paid.
